Job description for Videografer at PT. Hakuna Matata Pelaut
Responsibilities :
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional campaigns, product launches, social media, and other marketing initiatives.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Maintain and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, ensuring everything is in top condition for our shoots.
- Identify suitable locations for our shoots, considering factors like aesthetics, lighting, and logistics.
- Work closely with the marketing team, creative directors, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, plan shoots, and execute projects effectively.
- Edit and enhance raw footage to produce polished videos that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and animations for any needs to enhance the visual appeal of our videos and maintain a modern aesthetic.
- Make sure our videos are optimized for various platforms and devices.
Qualifications :
- Experienced as a Videographer or in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing your videography talents, including promotional videos, product demonstrations, and storytelling content.
- Skilled in operating videography equipment, using video editing software (like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro), and knowledgeable about audio recording techniques.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative concepts that resonate with the target audience and enhance the brand image.Keen eye for detail, composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and take direction from stakeholders.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and project requirements, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
