About the Role
Melaju Digital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Full-Time Videographer with at least 1 year of professional experience in video production. We are looking for someone who can turn creative ideas into engaging visual content, understands social media trends, and is able to produce high-quality videos that align with the brand’s identity and objectives.
Responsibilities
Plan and produce video content for social media, campaigns, and brand needs
Shoot engaging footage for Instagram Reels, TikTok, short-form videos, and other digital platforms
Develop creative visual concepts and storytelling approaches that align with the brand
Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools
Handle framing, composition, camera angles, lighting, and overall visual quality
Edit video content from raw footage to final output
Add music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, motion elements, color correction, and other visual elements
Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Content teams to develop and execute content concepts
Stay up to date with video, editing, and social media trends
Organize and manage footage, project files, and other production assets
Ensure all video content meets quality standards and brand guidelines
Manage the production process from pre-production, production, to post-production
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Videographer or in a related role
Available to work full-time
Strong video portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skills
Good understanding of videography, camera operation, lighting, and audio
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
Strong visual storytelling and sense of composition
Familiar with content formats and trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms
Up to date with social media, video, and editing trends
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Open to feedback and eager to continuously learn and improve
Basic photography skills are a plus
