We’re Hiring – Videographer (Talent Pool)

Kami membuka talent pool untuk Videographer yang memiliki passion di bidang fashion, creative content, dan visual production. Kandidat yang sesuai akan kami hubungi apabila terdapat kebutuhan/project yang relevan.

Tanggungjawab:

Bertanggungjawab terhadap produksi video dari awal sampai akhir
Mengoperasikan kamera sesuai kebutuhan dan peralatan terkait penyesuaian teknis seperti kamera, lampu & desain set, serta memastikan video berkualitas tinggi
Berpikir kreatif untuk mengedit materi visual dan audio
Memastikan produksi video memenuhi standar industri dan konsisten
Berkolaborasi dengan anggota tim lain untuk menghasilkan konten digital seperti campaign, konten harian, materi pemasaran dan event lainnya
Mengatur dan menjaga semua peralatan videographer
Terbiasa dengan deadline
Selalu berupaya dalam meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bidang videografi termasuk di dalamnya 3D motion

Kualifikasi:

Minimal D3/S1 Fotografi, DKV, Multimedia, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Videografer, terutama di bidang fashion, lifestyle, atau commercial.
Menguasai kamera DSLR/mirrorless, lighting, audio, dan peralatan videografi.
Menguasai editing video serta memiliki sense visual dan kreativitas yang baik.
Memiliki portfolio yang relevan, terbiasa dengan deadline, dan bersedia mengikuti kebutuhan produksi/event.
