Job Description
- Edit vertical short drama videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts).
- Transform raw footage into polished, engaging storytelling content.
- Ensure smooth transitions, pacing, and continuity.
- Perform color correction and color grading.
- Enhance audio quality, including BGM and SFX.
- Add effects, typography, and motion graphics when needed.
- Adapt videos for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, website).
- Collaborate with Creative Director, Producer, Videographer, and the creative team.
- Apply feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain an organized media library.
- Conduct quality control on all final outputs.
- Coordinate with freelance editors when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience editing short drama/Sinetron/Webseries/Movie content.
- Strong understanding of short drama–style storytelling, pacing, and narrative flow.
- A solid portfolio or reel demonstrating editing style, technical skills, and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
- Experience with color correction and color grading.
- Basic sound engineering skills (audio cleanup, mixing).
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and compression.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Skills in motion graphics/animation are a plus.
