Video Editor

As we grow, we’re looking for a Video Editor who can help us create high-performing video ads for TikTok, Meta, and other digital channels. You’ll work closely with our Marketing team to turn ideas into engaging videos that are built to capture attention and drive conversion.
What You’ll Own
Shoot video content for digital ads and performance marketing
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Turn raw footage into engaging, fast-paced, conversion-focused videos
Execute different video concepts, hooks, angles, and variations for testing
Add captions, music, transitions, sound effects, and other visual elements
Maintain Laurelton’s visual and brand direction across video content
Organize footage and manage the editing workflow from shooting to final delivery
Continuously improve video quality based on content and ads performance
What We’re Looking For
Strong skills in video shooting and editing
Comfortable creating short-form and advertising content
Good understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and social media trends
Proficient with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Able to work independently and deliver content consistently
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience creating performance ads / conversion-focused videos is a strong plus
Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or activewear is a plus
This role is for someone who enjoys turning ideas into videos that people actually stop scrolling for.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to continuously produce, test, and improve video ads as Laurelton grows.
