Tanggung Jawab :

Melakukan proses cut to cut video sesuai script atau brief yang diberikan
Menggabungkan 1-2 sumber video maupun audio (raw footage) menjadi satu video yang koheren dan enak ditonton
Menambahkan efek transisi, teks, atau elemen visual sederhana sesuai kebutuhan konten
Menyesuaikan pacing dan durasi video agar sesuai platform tujuan (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Youtube, YouTube Shorts)
Melakukan revisi hasil edit berdasarkan feedback tim kreatif, owner/klien
Mengelola dan mengorganisir file project serta hasil render sesuai standar tim
·erkoordinasi secara remote dengan tim kreatif untuk memastikan hasil edit sesuai konsep dan timeline

Kualifikasi :

Menguasai minimal satu software editing video (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, atau Final Cut Pro)
Memahami das·ar-dasar cutting, transisi, dan penambahan teks/efek sederhana
Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang pacing video untuk platform media sosial
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan disiplin dalam sistem kerja remote/WFA
Terbiasa dengan deadline dan mampu mengatur waktu sendiri tanpa supervisi ketat
Memiliki portofolio hasil edit sebelumnya (personal project, freelance, atau magang)
Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk menerima dan menerapkan feedback secara online
Diutamakan memahami tren konten di Instagram, TikTok, atau YouTube
Tidak diwajibkan pengalaman kerja formal terbuka untuk fresh graduate atau editor otodidak
