About TDR FILMS
TDR FILMS is a Bali-based creative production house specialising in high-quality video content for the F&B, Hospitality, and Documentary sectors. We help brands tell their stories through cinematic, purposeful visuals — and we're growing our in-house editing team.
What you'll do
- Cut and edit raw footage from productions into polished, deliverable video content
- Manage, organise, and maintain file structure from shooting sessions
- Deliver final edits in accordance with TDR FILMS' quality and branding standards
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project briefs and visual direction
- Handle colour grading, audio syncing, and basic motion work as needed
- Revise edits based on feedback and meet project deadlines consistently
What we're looking for
- Proficient in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Portfolio demonstrating work in F&B, Hospitality, or Documentary content (preferred)
- Strong eye for pacing, colour, and storytelling through video
- Organised and detail-oriented when managing large volumes of files
- Able to work on-site in Bali and collaborate in a team environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome — what matters most is your portfolio and attitude
