Tanggung Jawab Utama

Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Mengedit dan menyusun footage mentah menjadi video iklan (Ads), Reels, dan TikTok yang punya hook kuat di awal serta mampu mendorong konversi.
Content Creation dengan AI: Memanfaatkan berbagai tools AI untuk produksi foto/video produk, generative fill, dan upscaling aset visual agar hasilnya lebih maksimal.
Sound Design & Voice Over: Mengatur elemen audio, termasuk pemakaian AI voiceover yang terdengar natural dan pemilihan backsound yang sesuai tren.
Color Grading: Menjaga konsistensi warna produk supaya tampil profesional dan tetap akurat dengan warna aslinya.
Iterasi Cepat: Melakukan revisi dan uji coba format video secara gesit, mengacu pada data performa iklan.

Kualifikasi

Penguasaan Software: Cakap mengoperasikan Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, atau CapCot versi Desktop.
AI Tools: Punya pengalaman menggunakan berbagai tools AI untuk kebutuhan produksi konten.
Prompt Engineering: Paham dasar-dasar prompt engineering untuk menghasilkan visual yang akurat sesuai kebutuhan.
Product Photography Sense: Mengerti teknik pencahayaan, komposisi, dan estetika visual produk.
Trend Aware: Rajin mengikuti perkembangan tren konten media sosial serta tools AI terbaru.
Portofolio: Memiliki portofolio karya (termasuk yang menunjukkan penggunaan AI).
Inisiatif: Proaktif memberi masukan kreatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas visual brand.
Desain Grafis Dasar: Bisa membuat desain sederhana menggunakan Photoshop/Canva.
