Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Visual Communication, Film, Multimedia, or any relevant field
Proven editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or whatever gets the job done
Can turn raw footage into smooth, polished edits that tell a story
Has an eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual flow
Detail-oriented you catch that one frame that’s just off
Can handle feedback, revisions, and tight timelines without losing your cool
If you can manipulate time, color, and sound like you bend elements you’re exactly who we’re looking for
Preferred Skills:
Experience editing content for social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation (a plus!)
Understanding of current video trends, transitions, and platform-specific styles
Familiarity with sound design and color grading
Able to organize files, assets, and timelines like a pro
Willing to work from office twice a week (Wednesday & Thursday) in South Jakarta
