Job description for Video Editor Intern at PT Pemindo Mitra Sinergi

Responsibilities

Mengedit video untuk kebutuhan media sosial (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube)
Mengolah footage menjadi konten yang engaging dan sesuai dengan target audience
Menambahkan elemen visual seperti teks, subtitle, sound effect, dan musik
Berkolaborasi dengan tim Content & R&D untuk menghasilkan output video yang relevan dan informatif
Mengikuti tren editing video terkini (fast cut, meme insert, storytelling, dll)
Membantu mengelola dan merapikan file video/footage

Requirements

Mahasiswa tingkat akhir / fresh graduate (multimedia, DKV, film, atau sejenisnya)
Memiliki kemampuan basic video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, dll)
Memahami pacing video dan flow storytelling sederhana
Familiar dengan format konten short-form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Memiliki sense visual yang baik dan attention to detail
Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan terbuka terhadap feedback
