Heart Pictures is an Indonesian film production house dedicated to creating compelling stories that connect with audiences through film, culture, and creativity. We are looking for a passionate Video Editor Intern to support our creative team in producing engaging promotional content for our films and digital platforms.
Job Requirements
- Active student or fresh graduate in Film, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or related fields.
- Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar software) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing rhythm.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines.
- Updated with social media video trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio or sample editing work is required (academic, freelance, or personal projects are welcome).
- Paid internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Job Description
- Edit engaging video content for film promotions, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Cut, assemble, and organize footage according to the creative brief.
- Add basic motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, transitions, and sound design when needed.
- Produce multiple video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Execute revisions based on team feedback.
