Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in basic editing software (CapCut, Canva, or equivalent)
- Strong creativity in developing content ideas and storylines
- Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and accompany the employer in daily activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and attentive when engaging with kids
Responsibilities
- Combine raw footage, sound, graphics, and special effects into polished, engaging video content.
- Edit videos according to creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Choose appropriate background music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the video's impact.
- Organize and complete video projects within set deadlines.
- Edit videos in various formats and dimensions suitable for different digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Ensure all visual and audio elements align with the brand’s tone and identity.
- Resolve technical issues during editing, such as audio/video quality, rendering problems, and file compatibility.
- Organize and store final videos and media assets for easy access and future use.
Skills
- Proficient in mobile and desktop editing apps (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Strong understanding of @Nisrinajinan_’s branding
- Ability to create engaging hooks in the first 3 seconds
- Fast, smooth editing that matches trending audio rhythms
- Skilled in adding subtitles with stylish fonts that align with the brand look
- Familiar with the content tone of @Nisrinajinan_
- Creative use of trending transitions, effects, and TikTok templates
- Knowledge of TikTok algorithms: ideal video length, effective hashtags, impactful captions
- Responsive to feedback and open to quick revisions
- Good communication skills and ability to work remotely with the influencer
