Job description for Video Content Creator at PT Kraton Teknologi Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing-Centric Scripting:
￮ Analyze viral TikTok/Reels trends in the Mother & Baby category and produce 5–10 high-potential video scripts weekly.
￮ Every script must follow a conversion-focused structure: The 3-Second Hook, The Product Value Showcase, and The Call to Action (CTA).
2. High-Quality Production:
￮ Lead the visual storytelling for our hero products, specifically capturing the unique texture and cooling effect of our "Sorbet Cream."
￮ Direct and shoot lifestyle content featuring models (moms and babies), ensuring a clean, warm, and premium brand aesthetic.
3. Fast-Paced Post-Production:
￮ Edit content using CapCut or professional software, tailoring the rhythm for different platforms (Fast-paced for TikTok vs. Aesthetic-focused for IG).
￮ Master the use of BGM, transitions, and Indonesian subtitles to maximize audience retention and watch time.
4. Data-Driven Optimization:
￮ Monitor video performance metrics daily (Average watch time, drop-off points, and conversion rates).
￮ Maintain a structured "Raw Material Library" for efficient re-editing and long-term asset management.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in short-form video creation. Experience working in-house for Skincare, Beauty, or Mother & Baby brands is highly preferred.
• Aesthetic & Trend Sensitivity: Must be a heavy TikTok/IG user with a deep understanding of Indonesian trending topics and visual styles.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in mobile cinematography, lighting setups, and rapid editing. Ability to operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras is a plus.
• Result-Oriented Mindset: You must be comfortable with data-backed feedback. If a video underperforms, you must be ready to iterate and improve immediately.
• Languages: Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English for analyzing global trends and using AI tools.
