Position summary:
Position: Video Content Creator
Location: Kemang, South Jakarta
Salary: Rp 7.000.000
We’re hiring a Video Content Creator who is either a fresh graduate or has up to 2 years of prior experience in a similar role. The Video Content Creator will support Deliveree’s content creators across web, app, video, and corporate material projects. Key activities will be photography, filming, video production and post-production with visual effects.
Responsibilities
- Shoot & Light: Filming on location and in-studio, managing simple camera rigs, lighting, and audio.
- Edit for Retention: Cut and pace dynamic, mobile-first videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) with sound design and color grading.
- Add Motion & VFX: Build kinetic typography, 2D motion graphics, screen tracking, and visual effects in After Effects.
- Trend & Concept: Brainstorm hooks and iterate rapidly on viral formats, audio trends, and platform shifts.
- Manage Assets: Maintain project files, raw footage, and a reusable B-roll/audio library.
Requirements
- Portfolio/Reel: Demonstrated proof of filming, snappy editing, and custom VFX/motion graphics.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) and Adobe After Effects.
- Production Gear: Practical experience operating mirrorless cameras, studio lighting, and audio equipment.
- Social Fluency: Strong understanding of vertical video pacing, hooks, and retention algorithms.
- Turnaround Speed: Ability to self-direct and deliver finished assets on tight deadlines.
Other Qualifications
- Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Undergraduate GPA 3.0 or higher
- Good English skills
- Availability for regular weekend overtime for projects (paid overtime)
