Job description for Video Content Creator at PT. On Bali Seo Marketing
We are looking for a creative and self-driven Freelance Content Creator to join our content team. This role is ideal for someone with strong video shooting skills, confidence on camera, and a solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends.
You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and helping execute engaging short-form video content that supports our brand growth and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain a content calendar together with the content team.
- Shoot high-quality short-form videos, including talking-head and lifestyle content.
- Perform basic video editing and subtitle creation when needed.
- Analyze content references and trends to improve creative execution.
- Organize shoots independently, including outings, location bookings, and prop selection if required.
- Publish content and assist with managing comments and direct messages.
- Collaborate with the content team on content ideas and production.
- Deliver monthly reporting on content output and performance.
First 3 Months Expectations
- Quickly adapt to the project’s content style and brand voice.
- Consistently produce high-quality short-form videos.
- Demonstrate strong camera handling and talking-head presentation skills.
- Manage shoots independently and deliver work on schedule.
- Contribute to improving reach, views, and engagement over time.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reach and views generated by produced videos.
- Number of videos produced per reporting period.
- Adherence to deadlines and ability to self-manage.
- Creativity, initiative, and adaptability in content execution.
- Overall consistency and quality of output.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, videography, or a related field.
- Proven video shooting skills with a portfolio or examples of work.
- Basic video editing skills, including subtitle creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and delivering talking-head content confidently in English.
- Fluent English (C1 or above) is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working with cameras and filming equipment.
- Good knowledge of Bali island and suitable filming locations.
- Understanding of international audiences and social media algorithms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

- Experience creating lifestyle content.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content growth strategies.
- Ability to bring fresh ideas and execute them independently.
Working Arrangement
- Freelance / contract-based position.
- Tasks assigned by the Content Team Lead via Telegram and regular calls.
- Flexible working arrangement with deadline-based deliverables.
- Bali-based candidates or candidates familiar with Bali locations are strongly preferred.
