Job description for Video Content Creator Toko Musik / Sales Representative at Arora Putra Sports & Music
The Role
You will own the day-to-day social media presence of our music brands, from planning and creating content to posting, engaging with the community, and reporting results. You will turn product launches, artist collaborations and everyday music culture into content that gets people playing, talking and buying.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and other relevant platforms
Create engaging photo, video, reels, stories and short-form content, including product showcases, demos, unboxings, tutorials, behind-the-scenes and event coverage
Write clear, on-brand captions and copy in Bahasa Indonesia and English, adapting tone to each brand
Shoot and edit content independently, on location, in studio or at events, gigs and store activations
Manage daily posting, community engagement, comments and direct messages, and respond promptly and professionally
Collaborate with musicians, influencers, KOLs and content partners on campaigns and giveaways
Support product launches, promotions, marketplace sale campaigns (such as twin date sales) and offline events with timely social content
Monitor social trends, music culture and competitor activity, and bring fresh content ideas
Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and deliver regular reports with recommendations
Coordinate with sales, marketing and brand teams to keep messaging accurate and consistent with brand guidelines
Manage content assets, hashtags and a tidy, organised content library
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Design, Multimedia or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
1 to 3 years of experience in content creation or social media management; experience with music, lifestyle or consumer brands is a strong plus
Strong photography and video skills, including shooting with a camera or smartphone and editing with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, Photoshop or Lightroom
Excellent written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and good English
Solid understanding of platform algorithms, trends and best practices for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Genuine passion for music; ability to play an instrument or knowledge of gear is an advantage
Creative, self-driven, organised and able to handle multiple brands and deadlines
Comfortable working on weekends or evenings for events and campaign periods when needed
Based in Jakarta or willing to commute to our Jakarta office
