Terra Eden Bali is looking for a Creative and Sales-Oriented Content Creator to support the promotion of our Real Estate, Villa, Hospitality, Wellness, and Lifestyle products in Nusa Dua, Bali.

The role combines content creation, social media marketing, customer engagement, and sales support. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that represents the Terra Eden brand while helping generate qualified leads and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging and high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

* Produce photo and video content showcasing villas, hospitality experiences, wellness facilities, restaurants, spa, lifestyle, and the surrounding Bali destination.

* Develop creative content ideas, scripts, captions, and short-form videos that align with Terra Eden’s brand identity.

* Manage and maintain regular social media content publication.

* Understand target audiences, particularly international tourists, expatriates, investors, property buyers, and hospitality customers.

* Respond to inquiries and communicate professionally with potential customers.

* Support lead generation activities through social media and digital marketing.

* Communicate product information clearly and assist the sales process when prospects show interest.

* Follow up with potential customers and coordinate qualified leads with the sales team.

* Support promotional campaigns for villa sales, leasehold properties, hospitality stays, and wellness membership programs.

* Track basic content performance, leads, engagement, and conversion results.

Terra Eden currently offers a combination of real estate and hospitality products, including 25-year leasehold villas, hospitality stays, and Wellness VilaTel membership programs in Nusa Dua.
