Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Coordinator, Vice Principal, or in a similar leadership role within early childhood education
- Strong understanding of early childhood curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to create a positive and enriching school environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a strong plus
- Experience in a bilingual/trilingual or multicultural learning environment is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently and support school operations
- A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for young learners
Job Description
- Support the Principal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Playgroup (KB) and Kindergarten (TK)
- Assist in curriculum planning, teacher supervision, school-wide administrative tasks, and school events
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for students, teachers, and staff
- Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the school community
- Ensure adherence to school policies and educational standards
