Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery, service, and compliance).
- Analyze supplier issues and identify root causes to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain vendor performance reports and supplier assessment records.
- Manage supplier onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and qualification for new vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure supply stability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve supplier performance and resolve operational issues.
- Support the development and implementation of vendor management processes and systems.
- Identify supplier risks and provide recommendations to improve vendor reliability and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of supplier performance management, vendor evaluation, and supplier onboarding processes.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (preferred).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work collaboratively across departments and with external suppliers.
- Basic English proficiency, both written and verbal.
