Job description for Vendor Management - Installation Air Conditioner at J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo)
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain supplier/vendor networks for installation, repair, delivery, and related services.
Identify and onboard new suppliers based on business needs, service coverage, manpower, pricing, qualifications, and service capabilities.
Manage day-to-day relationships and performance of existing suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance, including service quality, timeliness, completion rate, complaint rate, rework rate, pricing, and responsiveness.
Conduct supplier quotation comparison, price negotiation, and commercial discussions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supplier/vendor management, procurement, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
Experience in managing installation/service vendors is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in evaluating supplier performance and costs.
Able to manage multiple suppliers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel to different cities/regions when required.
