Job Description
- Write concise, engaging, and intuitive copy for mobile/web apps, including buttons, error messages, tooltips, and onboarding screens.
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and product managers to shape user journeys.
- Help maintain and refine our product’s tone of voice across touchpoints.
- Conduct mini content testing or support user feedback gathering on copy clarity.
- Assist in building and updating a content style guide or UX copy system.
Job Qualifications
- Education
- University student or recent graduate from any major.
- Experience
- Experience with blog writing, microcopy, or creative writing are would be a plus.
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Empathy & strong user perspective.
- Detail-oriented & sensitive to language nuance.
- Curious and proactive in learning about UX and tech products.
- Open-minded & collaborative.
- Hard Skills
- Good writing and editing skills for digital content.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI or design-thinking is a plus.
- Willing to learn content testing, accessibility, and tone-of-voice frameworks.
- Comfortable working with iterations and feedback.
