Job description for UX Writer Intern at Jala Tech
Job Descriptions:
- Participate in creating product copies that can provide a better experience for users.
- Identify the need for changes to the existing copy product
- Identifying microcopy trends for web and app
- Make a clear microcopy that can increase user convenience when using the product
- Be part of the product team in developing user friendly and easy to use product interfaces
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from Communications/Literature/Marketing
- Must be bilingual in either English-Bahasa Indonesia, with native expertise and exceptional grammar in local language as a minimum copywriting
- A web-based portfolio of relevant work samples with a UX focus; including problems you helped solve for, your contributions, and impact to the customer
- Experience with managing content style guides and working with design systems will be a plus

JALA is transforming the shrimp industry by offering a vastly improved management system. With data-driven farming in mind, our goal is to get farmers to make decisions based on actual data.
For that reason, our system provides water quality monitoring, and planning & reporting tools, complete with a decision support system so farmers can initiate the right treatment at the right time, based on data which has been collected and analysed. All the data from every farm using the system is automatically sent in for collation and review in order to gain valuable insight into the industry as a whole.
