UX Writer (Based in Medan)

Our goal as the product design team is to help create products that delight customers by defining product and business goals, whilst also anticipating market opportunities and user needs. We aim to give customers a reason to purchase our product. Here we don't only talk about designing products, but also about research by which will help us to understand deeper about our users' needs and expectations.

What you sould have:

• Willing to stay in Medan.
• Has experience min. 6 months in UX Writing, Technical writing or/and Copywriting
• Strong writing skills in both English and Indonesian (writing proficiency is a must).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to research and understand user needs to create copy that enhances user experience.

What you'll contribute on:

• Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for websites, apps, and digital products.
• Simplify complex information into easy-to-understand copy for diverse audiences.
• Conduct research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
• Understand the entire product design and development process to craft compelling microcopy.
• Create and maintain style guides, including the brand's voice.
• Collaborate with various teams to create seamless user experiences through words.
