Job description for Utility Technician at PT Kreasiboga Primatama
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using MAXIMO, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
- Adhere to cGMP, GEP procedures, and safety regulations.
- Support maintenance performance assessments and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external departments and third parties to ensure utility supply reliability and sustainability.
- Implement tool and 5R management to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
- Enhance skills and knowledge for operating, repairing, and maintaining utility machinery.
- Proactively identify and communicate improvements for maintenance cost efficiency and spare parts usage.
- Support internal audits, incident investigations, and hazard-risk impact management assessments.
- Direct and perform mechanical and preventive maintenance as well as major repairs on all facility equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/Diploma degree in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in utility areas.
- In-depth knowledge of utility machinery, equipment, or apparatus (e.g., Compressed Air, Boiler, Power House), WTP (including Purified Water, WWTP, and HVAC).
- Experienced in preventive and predictive maintenance, particularly for utility machinery, equipment, and apparatus.
- Proficient and systematic in troubleshooting machinery, equipment, or apparatus within the utility scope.
- Willingness to work on a shift schedule or respond to emergency on-call duties outside regular working hours.
- Effective team player with strong conflict resolution and ambiguity-handling skills.
- Proficient in English communication, both passive and active.
