Job description for USHER / FIELD CUSTOMER SERVICE at EASYRENT BALI MOBILINDO

RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Handover the car to the Customer
2. Check and Explain the completeness of the unit at the time of handover
3. Good respons for any questions about product, services, etc
4. Manage communication between office's staff
5. Handling complaints when dealing with customers
REQUIREMENTS :
1. preferable Male max 40y.o.
2. Minimum 1 year experience to handle customer
2. Can drive car (have SIM-A)
3. Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend & Public Holiday
