Qualification

- Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal is a must
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer, alumni, or community relations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms
- Able to manage databases, engagement programs, and administrative reports effectively
- Service-oriented, responsive, and able to work collaboratively across departments

- Support reporting, coordination, and alumni-related inquiries
