Job description for [URGENT HIRING] - Strategic Executive Assistant to CEO at Medi Group

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience supporting senior executives or in a strategic coordination role or as a manager.
  3. Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  4. Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  6. Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and business priorities.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  3. Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  4. Conduct research and analyze data to support executive decision-making.
  5. Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  6. Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
  7. Monitor project progress and ensure effective execution across departments.
