Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Specialist, or similar role.
- Creative, proactive, and highly aware of the latest social media trends and audience behavior.
- Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and content creation.
- Comfortable using social media analytics and insights to improve content performance.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Familiar with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite is a plus.
- A strong social media/content portfolio is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content plans aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Create creative, engaging, and trend-driven content across relevant social media platforms.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy that reflect the brand voice.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience insights to identify new content opportunities.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure content is delivered consistently and on time.
- Analyze content performance and provide actionable recommendations to drive reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful social media campaigns.
