QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, English Literature, Human Resources, or a related field.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must.
Minimum 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in hospitality or manpower recruitment.
Strong administrative and documentation skills, with good attention to detail.
Able to work independently, meet recruitment targets, and manage multiple vacancies.
