Placement : Mediterranean Bali - Ubud (Jalan Jukut Paku, Singakerta, Ubud)

Qualification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Education, Communication, Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
Well-groomed with a professional, stylish, and youthful appearance.
Friendly and approachable personality, with a strong customer service orientation.
Prior experience in a Customer Service role will be considered an advantage.
Proficient in basic computer applications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive and solution-oriented support to customers by addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Handle customer interactions effectively and deliver accurate information tailored to their specific needs.
