Job description for [URGENT HIRING] - CUSTOMER RELATION COORDINATOR at Medi Group

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Management, Public Relations, or a related field
Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer, alumni, or community relations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms
Able to manage databases, engagement programs, and administrative reports effectively
Service-oriented, responsive, and able to work collaboratively across departments

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with alumni and stakeholders
Manage alumni engagement programs, databases, and communications
Support reporting, coordination, and alumni-related inquiries
