Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
Outgoing, confident, and highly communicative personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective and existing customers through various communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding the company's products, services, and programs.
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance engagement.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare and maintain regular communication activity reports.
