[URGENT HIRING] - Asst Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, English, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
3. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → offering)
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to data accuracy and detail.
5. Problem-solving and escalation handling under tight deadlines.
6. Good command of English, written and spoken (essential for coordinating with foreign principals).
7. High integrity and commitment to data confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and pipeline, ensuring hiring targets and manpower demand are met on schedule.
2. Resolve operational issues that may delay hiring and drive process efficiency, service quality, and candidate experience.
3. Manage team performance, ensure document completeness and data confidentiality, and report progress to the Recruitment Manager
