Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
Experienced in digital marketing, campaign optimization, and lead generation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English is an advantage.
Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities

Execute growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Plan, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer conversion.
Prepare marketing reports and support strategic growth initiatives.
