Job description for Urban Planner Executive at PT Sino Pangan Makmur
Job Descriptions:
• Prepare design research, market survey, analysis, and feasibility study aligned with business goals
• Assist in strategically planning, coordinating, and implement master planning for large scale property
development to consider cost efficiency, function, and sustainability
• Ensure the master plan design comply with local regulation, zoning regulation, and sustainability principles
• Prepare site plan and IMB drawing for permit purposes
• Support end to end planning process, from concept design up to construction stage
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholder to support the drawing and data for marketing purposes, financial strategy, and cost estimation
Job Requirements:
• Hold Bachelor Degree of Urban Planning or Architecture
• Able to operate AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, and rendering
• Have experience minimum 2 year in the property or real estate company
• Highly motivated, strong analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimum supervisor
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang area (WFO)
