Job description for Unpaid Internship UI & UX Designer at PT. Teknologi Kode Indonesia

Deskripsi Kerja :

Membantu dalam pembuatan wireframe, user flow, dan mockup antarmuka.
Melakukan riset kebutuhan dan preferensi pengguna (user research).
Mengubah hasil riset dan masukan tim menjadi desain yang user-friendly.
Membantu membuat prototipe interaktif menggunakan Figma atau tools sejenis.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim developer untuk memastikan implementasi desain sesuai.
Mengikuti guideline desain dan konsistensi UI-Kit perusahaan.
Berkontribusi pada usability testing untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna.

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal S1 Jurusan Sistem Informatika / DKV / Teknik Informatika
Minimal pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang UI&UX Designer
Pemahaman tentang Design Thinking dan User-Centered Design Process.
Mengetahui prinsip Information Architecture dan Interaction Design.
Mengetahui prinsip Information Architecture dan Interaction Design.
Memahami teori Cognitive Load, Gestalt Principles, dan Usability Heuristics.
Mampu membuat design system atau UI Kit yang konsisten dan scalable.
Memahami alur komunikasi lintas tim antara designer, developer, dan TPC.
