Kualifikasi Internship Admin Operation :

Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dan dokumen digital
Memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan gdocs, gsheet dan office tools
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik, serta bersikap proaktif dalam menyelesaikan tugas
Mampu berkomitmen untuk menjalani magang sesuai jangka waktu dan sitem kerja yang telah disepakati

Jobdesc Internship Admin Operation:

1. Melaksanakan kegiatan operasional harian kantor serta membantu administrasi lintas divisi

2. Membantu pengelolaan data HR, seperti rekapitulasi absensi, merapihkan berkas, dan pembaruan database internal

3. Membantu dan mendukung administrasi keuangan dasar (finance)

4. Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim internal
