UNIQLO RETAIL SPECIALIST

Job Descriptions

* Deliver friendly, solution-focused service to ensure customer satisfaction

* Provide clear product information, respond to inquiries, and offer tailored recommendations

* Process transactions at POS accurately (cash, card payments, and returns)

* Receive, unpack, and arrange new inventory according to procedures

* Organise shelves, maintain product displays, and keep the store environment clean and tidy

* Meet individual and team performance targets based on service standards

Qualifications

* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.00 (preferred) & Fresh graduate are welcome to Apply

* Max. 1 year of work experience, preferably in fashion retail

* Willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

* Excellent communication and strong attention to detail

* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

* Willing to be relocated and assigned to different store locations as needed
