From PT. Digital Muda Solution to PT. Dynamics Management Solution PT. Dynamics Management Solution (DMS), initially established as PT. Digital Muda Solution in 2020, embarked on its journey amidst the global digital transformation era. Our foundation was laid with a clear focus: to become a pivotal player in the IT software development industry, tailoring solutions based on specific client requirements. Our initial foray into the tech world was marked by a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-centricity.  During our early years, we concentrated on crafting bespoke IT solutions that catered to the diverse needs of our clientele. This ranged from developing customized software for small businesses to designing complex systems for larger organizations. Among our flagship products was a robust and intuitive Point of Sale (POS) system. This solution was not just a testament to our technical prowess but also a reflection of our understanding of the retail and sales industries. It offered users a seamless, efficient, and comprehensive tool for managing sales, inventory, and customer data, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.  

As we navigated through our journey, it became increasingly evident that the landscape of human resources was undergoing a significant transformation. The challenges and opportunities presented by this evolution resonated with our vision of leveraging technology to solve real-world problems.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.

Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Previous experience or coursework in UI/UX design is a plus.


Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions to design challenges.

Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is accurate and effective.
