We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing engaging and intuitive digital experiences that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, prototyping, and front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience (UX) Design:
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to define user flows.
• Analyze user behavior and provide insights to improve engagement.
User Interface (UI) Design:
• Design aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces for web and mobile
applications.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups.
• Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
Collaboration & Development:
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring
designs to life.
• Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 1 to 3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, components, prototyping, and developer handoff).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
• Experience conducting and synthesising user research and usability tests.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design patterns.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design practices.
