- Collaborate and give advise on UI/UX perspective from initial product design process
- Present the outstanding design with user’s need in mind
- Build prototype and do design testing
- Build UI Component on Design System
- Create pixel perfect design implementation
- Determine the interface style, best practices and standards
- Maintain quality of UI output after development
- Maintain design backlog with Product Development Team (Engineers and Product Owners)
- Proactively improve and develop new process/system with a good balance between new trends and product requirements
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience as UI Designer
- Bachelor's Degree from any field, but impresive portfolio matters more
- Deep understanding of design process
- Excellent with design tools (such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Prototyping tools ( such as InVision, Marvel, etc.)
- Experience in animation, illustration making, visual gamification interface
- Deep Understanding Android & iOS behavior
- Good typography skills, structural design and information architecture
- Deep understanding about company brand
- Team player, experienced in working with agile teams
- Excellent problem solving skill, especially on balancing design aesthetic and product needs
- Capable to set design direction
- Ability to communicate well in English, both written and verbally
