Job Description:
- Collaborating with project manager and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Developing UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Conducting user research and evaluate user feedback to improve existing designs.
- Strong Analytics for UX Design & Flow
Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Informatics, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects
- Proficient in using Figma or other design tools
- Experienced in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements
- Perform manual QA to ensure that processes, UI, and UX flows function smoothly and are free from issues
- Have strong product knowledge with the ability to understand business needs, user flows, and contribute to feature planning and prioritization
- Ability to interpret and work with system analyst documentation (e.g., flowcharts, flowmaps, etc.)
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as React.js, HTML/CSS; experience with WordPress is a plus
- Owns a personal laptop suitable for daily design and collaboration tasks
- Based in Bandung and willing to work from the office
