Job description for UI/UX Designer at PT HIT International

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal S1 Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV), Desain Produk, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, atau bidang terkait.

• Berpengalaman sebagai UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, atau posisi sejenis.

• Menguasai Figma (Design, Auto Layout, Components, Variants, dan Prototype).

• Memahami User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, dan Responsive Design.

• Mampu membuat user flow, wireframe, mockup, prototype, dan design system.

• Memahami usability testing dan information architecture.

• Memiliki portofolio desain yang dapat ditunjukkan.

• Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim lintas fungsi serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Melakukan user research untuk memahami kebutuhan dan perilaku pengguna.

• Membuat user flow, wireframe, mockup, dan prototype menggunakan Figma.

• Mendesain antarmuka aplikasi mobile, web, dashboard, dan sistem operasional.

• Mengembangkan serta menjaga konsistensi design sistem perusahaan.

• Melakukan usability testing dan menyempurnakan desain berdasarkan hasil pengujian.

• Menyiapkan design handoff dan berkolaborasi dengan Product Manager, & Developer.

• Memastikan implementasi desain sesuai standar UI/UX dan kebutuhan bisnis.
