Job description for UI/UX Designer at PT Esha Parama Teknologi
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance user experience.
- Utilize design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or InVision to create and refine UI/UX solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve designs and enhance usability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
- Ensure that designs follow usability principles, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Experience in developing and managing design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
- Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
