Requirements :

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV), Desain Produk, Sistem Informasi, Informatika, Teknik Komputer, atau jurusan terkait.

2. Terbuka untuk fresh graduate hingga kandidat berpengalaman di bidang UI/UX Design, dengan pengalaman kerja di atas 3 tahun di bidang UI/UX akan lebih diutamakan.

3. Memahami prinsip UI/UX seperti user-centered design, design thinking, usability, dan accessibility.

4. Terbiasa menyusun dokumentasi desain seperti user persona, user journey, user flow, wireframe, dan prototype.

5. Menguasai tools desain dan prototyping seperti Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, serta tools pendukung kolaborasi seperti Jira, Confluence, Trello.

6. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analisis, dan problem-solving yang baik.

7. Memahami alur kerja pengembangan aplikasi/web serta metodologi Agile/Scrum menjadi nilai tambah.

8. Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim dengan baik.
