Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our product/design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design for both web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather user requirements and define UI/UX goals.
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity designs and ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
- Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
