Job description for UI/UX Designer at PT. Reka Sinergi Pratama
About the role
We're looking for a junior UI/UX designer to join our product design team. You'll work on real product screens, collaborate closely with product managers and developers, and help maintain a consistent design system across our platform.
Key responsibilities
1. Design user interfaces for web and mobile products, from wireframes to high fidelity mockups.
2. Contribute to and follow the design system, keeping components, styles, and patterns consistent across screens.
3. Work with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into clear, usable flows.
4. Work with developers during handoff and implementation, answering questions and reviewing the built result against the design.
5. Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team and, where available, user research or data.
Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a UI/UX designer.
2. Proficient with Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, and design tokens.
3. Solid understanding of design system principles: reusable components, consistent spacing, typography, and color usage.
4. Working knowledge of basic UX principles: user flows, information hierarchy, usability heuristics.
5. Experience working directly with developers during implementation and QA.
6. Good communication skills, comfortable presenting design decisions, and able to work closely with product managers and developers on a daily basis.
7. Organized, able to manage multiple design tasks at once, and proactive in asking questions when requirements are unclear.
8. A portfolio showing past UI/UX work (Case studies preferred).
