UI/UX Designer

(Project Based)

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in digital products or startups).
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles and Design Thinking.
Experienced in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
Knowledge of UX Research methods: user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluation.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experienced in collaborating with developers and product owners.
