Opportunity:
We are looking for an exceptional UX/UI Designer (immediate vacancy) to drive research and implement user flows to meet user and business goals for both web & mobile app.
Objectives & Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct discovery and evaluative research to understand users needs
- Run research on competition and incorporate best practices to accelerate user experience improvements
- Work closely with product manager and designer to identify user experience and user flow improvements; user story mapping, user interview planning, executing, analysing, and apply research outcomes in user flows and design
- Create user flows and wireframes for new features
- Create design (mobile app and webapp) on Figma, create prototypes
- Handover designs to developers
Requirements Overview:
- Self-driven, high work ethic, motivated to deliver excellent work
- Experience in leading and executing qualitative research efforts. This includes planning the research, recruiting and screening users, conducting the research, reporting and presenting findings, and working with the designer on the recommendations from the research.
- Knowledge in interaction design and product design principles.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Interest in social commerce and platform business model
- Curious and problem solver
- Resourceful, diligent and adaptive
- Excited to work in a startup environment where growth goals and stress level are high
