Job description for UI/UX Designer (Marketing Platform) at Cad-it Iot Centre
- Create visually appealing design elements like icons, logos, illustrations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems for efficient and streamlined design execution.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for marketing websites.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, creating visually consistent and inclusive user experiences.
- Iterate designs based on feedback.
- Effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders and developers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and marketing teams.
- Present design concepts and rationale to respected stakeholders.
- Experience 1-3 years in Graphic Design and UI/UX.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Understanding of basic marketing principles to ensure designs support marketing goals.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects that demonstrate both graphic design and UI/UX capabilities, with a focus on marketing websites.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite are essential; experience with other graphic design tools is a plus).
- Knowledge or interest in Industry 4.0 technologies and solutions, particularly in how they can enhance user experience and design innovation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Passion for user-centred design and a desire to create positive user experiences.
